How does The Petite PA work?

We will have an initial, free consultation to discuss your requirements. We will agree a date for your work to be completed and you will be kept up to date on my progress throughout the project. For clients working on a retainer, you will be invoiced at the beginning of the month prior to me commencing the agreed hours of work and we’ll keep in touch regularly throughout the month. I mostly work from my home office just outside of Guildford but I am happy to attend meetings or work from your office if the timings align within my current schedule and if you are local to Surrey.

How do we keep track of your hours?

We will discuss how many hours I think your requirement will take in our initial consultation. You will be updated throughout the project and your invoice will detail the exact time spent. If at any point I think your project is going to go over the agreed/proposed time spent you will be notified in advance and we will agree the best way to proceed according to your budget and needs.

What safeguarding measures do you have in place?

To ensure both parties are in agreement there is a contract for signature before I commence any work. Additionally, I have Professional Indemnity Insurance, I am ICO registered and GDPR compliant.
